Expirations, Rules, and Cancellation Policy

Expiration for Class and Session Purchases

 

  • Single class or session: 30 days after purchase
  • 5 pack of classes or sessions: 3 months after purchase
  • 10 pack of classes or sessions: 6 months after purchase

 

Refund Policy

 

  • There are no refunds on packages or classes purchased from Mountain Laurel Pilates.
  • There are no refunds on gift certificates.
  • All packages do have an expiration date that is strictly enforced. Please ask when purchasing for more information.
  • Packages are not transferable.
  • All sales are final.

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

  • It is studio policy to take a class off your package if you do not notify us that you plan to cancel your attendance. All private lessons cancelled without 24 hrs. notice are charged as a full lesson.
  • You can cancel via the online software, send us an email , give us a call, or text our phone number: 570-857-1707.

  • Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and the availability of the instructor. We will do our best to accommodate the client’s individual needs and to find a day and time that works for the client.

  • Illness and Emergency Cancellation Policy: We understand that there are certain circumstances in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled private or semi-private appointment without having given 24 hours notice of cancellation. For other situations we have instituted an Emergency Cancellation Fee Each client is allotted two (2) such cancellations per year. The fee for late canceling due to an emergency is: $35 for a Private, $20 for a Semi-private.
