Our warm, cozy, and friendly studio is the first full-service Classical Pilates studio in Hawley, PA. Judy is a caring, professional instructor. She is certified through Comprehensive Power Pilates™ and Peak Pilates™ Method. Judy can provide you with a personally tailored, comprehensive mind/body workout. The studio is equipped with the full line of Pilates apparatus, manufactured by Peak Pilates , including Reformers, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and more. We offer private and small group sessions on the Pilates apparatus, as well as workshops and group mat classes.
